100 Leagues

It seems that people get lost a lot these days
Last week I saw a man crab-walking sideways
He didn't know why he was having such odd behavior
Said he was told to by a news anchor
So I asked him, if the tv told you to swim
down 100 leagues deep
What benefits could you then reap?
And why is it wrong to steal at all,
if our goverment just takes and rapes
until the whole economy falls?
There used to be honor on this Earth, before banks and corporations were birthed
out of the bellies of rotten, nefarious dirt
There used to be a time where tradition was respected, now it just hangs by the neck and, nobody respects him
And there used to be beauty, things used to be sacred, there used to be minimalism, now there's just hatred
Humans once lived in peace, humans used to love, they used to be sharing agrarians, now they just shove
And we all must look like play-doh to wild animals, letting our fucking goverment shape us in to communist assholes,
funny thing is, we still think we're free,
Truth is, they've been brainwashing you and me
We don't have to be controlled, we've just been taught to succumb, but honestly, it's time to grow up and stop sucking on your thumb
It's about time we all become one
It's about time racism, escapism, and favoritism is done
It's about time we tell the world to put down your guns
It's about fucking time we get the rest of the world out of the slums   Ask me anything
